These affirmations will help to attract positivity into all aspects of your life including wealth, love, success and more. Reciting affirmations is one of the easiest methods to change your day (and life).
All that is required is a fraction of your time, 10-15 minutes a day to cultivate the positive you!
Why use affirmations?
A study conducted by Barbara Fredrickson at the University of North Carolina established that positive thinking can help you experience positive emotions, which is associated with improved health, an improvement in your work, and an increase in skills.
In a 2009 study by the Department of Psychology, Texas A&M University, USA, and published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, scientists found that positive affirmations can improve self-control and willpower.
Another study by researchers at Northwestern State University, Louisiana, USA concluded that individuals who practiced positive affirmations for two weeks experienced higher self-esteem than at the beginning of the study.
More importantly, when you recite positive affirmations, your mind starts to get used to hearing a positive inner dialogue. As a conclusion, you begin to push out the negative dialogue to the background and change the flow of your emotions and thoughts.

Affirmations may also be more efficient when used with other self-improvement methods, like visualization. For instance, you might say out loud the change you wish to see in yourself: “I am happy with who I am,” while visualizing yourself being happy at the same time.
The key to being successful with this method is to start building this as a habit and make it totally natural and part of your daily routine. And as you know, it takes a few weeks to build a habit.
