Crown Chakra Healing Meditation:
Introduction
Sahasrara, also known as the crown chakra, is the 7th chakra.
It is considered the chakra of pure consciousness.
It corresponds with the pituitary gland, which secretes hormones that communicate with the rest of the endocrine system and connects it to the central nervous system via the hypothalamus.
Sahasrara chakra is also called “lotus with a thousand petals” and is located in the head (parietal area).
Function
It is responsible for karma release, the physical state of meditation, representing the Universal Energy Source and Collective Consciousness.
“The Crown” coordinates all the other energy centers, and it is the top of all chakras and meridians.
The colors of this chakra are purple and white. Purple is a magical color that can bring us benefits.
It has the ability to calm / slow metabolism and can, therefore, be used successfully in diets. It relaxes the muscles, including the heart muscle.
It has antibiotic properties, stimulates the production of white blood cells. strengthens the spleen and lymph glands and reduces inflammation.
Purifies the blood and balances the necessary minerals of the body. It also calms the nervous system.
This chakra allows us to see divinity in every being we meet. Even in those who appear to be enemies. Here lies the feeling that we are separated from God. It is also the place where we can find healing.
At the same level, we can find the concepts of Heaven and Hell and the way you view God.
The experimentation of All-Union with all that is out there exists in the 7th chakra, and it is also the point where all of us understand that we are all one, we are all connected, and that there is no separation between us.
This chakra also shows that you’re open to new ideas and concepts.
How you treat the people around you and how you are treated by others is a good indicator of how balanced is your crown chakra.
Do you feel separated from the people around you?
There are people who you perceive as being good and others less good?
There are people who you judge, people who appear to be your enemies. You fear that there are people who could hurt you, people you shouldn’t trust?
Do you fear that there are dangers outside yourself, and you need to protect yourself?
Do you feel that life is not safe and that you are in a constant struggle with what happens to you?
Do you feel helpless in the face of your life experiences?
These indicate the fact that you feel separated from God and that you don’t trust that your being and all that exists are part of the same person.
Remember that you are a part of the divinity and everything that happens is part of your path. It’s all part of the plan!
All the experiences and all the people in your life are exactly the ones that need to be! You’re just in the right place and in the right situation every moment!
